So apparently I had some cracks in my head, and started burning through coolant. Kind of sucks since that was an expense that came out of nowhere. But good news is I've got an even better head now Old head; had cracks on every injector hole, and a few cracks between the valves, but it was really bad on the cylinder that ate the majority of that turbo And the new head... O Ringed, P&P, Hamilton Springs & Retainers, but unlike the last head, this one is sporting Hamiltons Large Valves, which are a little bigger than stock

I want to run his head, but I really don't have 2k to drop on a bare head since I'm trying to get a Garrett GT5591 before Domestics vs Imports at the track in June. Also, I don't think his head is going to be very street friendly since with the larger ports, the air intake velocity won't be able to keep up below 2k RPMs and make it a pain to drive without worrying about smoking everyone out

I'm sure you will be smoking everyone out now just about. Your truck going to be first in the ten's? Hear

I've got it tuned pretty good so far. Got it tuned down to a haze so haven't really smoked anyone out driving like a normal person. But it'll definitely black out the freeway... Once this 2nd rebuild is broken in then I'll mess with the tuning... I think that may have been another reason why the first build ending up badly lol.
At this point I'll be happy with 11s but I've got the cab and dash wired up for nitrous, so 10s may be feasible if I can get a good suspension setup on it. A guy in the NE Heights is going to build me a 4 link for it once I get the D80 axle swap finished. Then the search will start for a set of cheater slicks starts lol.
Thinking a set of MT ET Street Radial IIs on a 20 in rim. Its only a 29 tire but thats damn near the size of the stock tires and only 3" smaller than ATs I have on it now. Then just cut out a coil on the front and give the truck a nasty rake
