I'm an intern at Sandia Labs doing explosive testing right now. Basically I get to play with TNT, C4, miles of det cord, detonators, make home made explosives and detonators, and work with some cool specialized explosive determent/ containment systems. But here in the next couple weeks once I do my drug test and physical, along with get my new clearence I'll be working with the D o D, hopefully designing some new weapons or something cool... Heres a few pics... I literally have thousands more to post... Heres one of the things weve been working on the last couple weeks. One of the model IEDs filled with 50lbs of C4  But here is the main thing I work with. Its an Explosives Destruction System. Its pretty bad ass... Its basically all group together on a semi trailer. They bring it in, pitch a tent around it, with a control trailer outside of the tent then we blow shit up inside the tank    Inside the "tank" which is lined with circular rods to capture all of the shrapnel from the explosive device  Here is a mini containment tank that we tested past its capacity which caused the middle of the tank to buldge. Because of that being engineers, we built a one off set of calipers to measure the displacment of the bulge. I'll have to dig to find the pic of the calipers we built since that was about 2 years ago. But to this day we still those calipers  Then when theirs some free time or in the case during the shutdown for explosives workers a few years ago me and another guy built this out at the site to keep busy  |

Big West Oilfield services we work with Patterson, Nabors, H&P, ect. we do containment, surface holes, tank farms, reclamation, and flare lines and if we dont do it we will ...We do a lot of rentals like burm and pumps and shit |

I am a intern at Sandia Labs too. I get to work on aircraft though. Non destructive testing, tons of fabrication a bunch of cool old airplanes

I work at Davidson-Gebhardt Chevrolet as a diesel/main-line tech. Been here 6 years and am ready to quit and get out of this shithole lol

I work for Circle A Welding out of Weatherford Oklahoma, State certified 6G welder and fab welder specialist, build anything from custom to the oilfield lines and CNG
also help the old man with the family's construction business on the side.
